The Art of Fire: Pyro Bee Class

June is Bee Month in Blue Ridge, GA, and we’re honoring these incredible pollinators with a special bee-themed Pyrography Class June 8, 2025!

Bees symbolize community, hard work, creativity, and the interconnectedness of nature. They are essential to our environment, pollinating the plants that feed us and keeping ecosystems thriving. In this class, you’ll create a beautiful wood-burned bee design, paying tribute to these tiny but mighty creatures.

Join us for an exciting Pyrography Class with the talented artist and gallery owner, George Charriez! Pyrography—also known as wood burning—is the art of creating intricate designs on wood using heat. In this beginner & intermediate class, you’ll learn essential techniques to bring your own fiery masterpiece to life.

No previous experience needed, but you should be comfortable using small torches.

Ages: 18+
Duration: 2 - 2.5 hours
Cost: $150 (Includes everything for you to complete a piece of art)
