Shipping and Refund Policy
SHIPPING TO YOU
Your artwork, purchased directly from 4 Elements Fine Art and Custom Framing, will be carefully wrapped and packaged for shipment. We take great care to ensure your artwork is well-prepared for its journey to you. Orders ship within five (5) business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number to stay updated on your shipment’s status. If your package arrives damaged, please see the "Damaged in Transit" section below.
RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your artwork. If you decide to return your purchase for any reason, please notify the gallery within seven (7) days of delivery. We will gladly offer a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Please return the artwork within three (3) days of notifying us. When possible, use the original packaging or a professional packing service. Returns must be shipped via a trackable service. To receive full credit, the artwork must arrive in its original condition. Refunds will be issued within three (3) business days of receiving the returned artwork.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your artwork arrives damaged, please take photos immediately — both of the unopened package and the damaged artwork. If possible, ask the carrier to document the damage. Contact the gallery, and we’ll work with you to file a claim and either replace the artwork or issue a refund.
